Ford Dealership Dented My CAR!!! (Again)

Okay guys the first time around Shamely Ford dented my car and painted it! After that experience I said no more to them!!! Okay so I find myself at Casa Ford buying a Bullitt. Anyways My cars A month old. They were giving me 22500 for my car!!!! I was like wtf Its value was 29800!!! Okay given that it was drivin for a month!! Anyways I kept on telling them that I wanted more for my trade in like 26000 its not that bad I figure! I was like fighting to get a higher amount!! Anyways I left my car park against the entrance stairway so no one could park on my right side Im really anal now figuring that was the side that was dented!! Anyways I got into an argument with the sales manager and I told him the deal was off!!! So Im walking and then I see some crazy dent! Its like someone got a screw driver or a pick and just jabbed my rear quarter panel it chipped the paint sick style!!!!! I mean I told them and they were like we havent moved the car!!! I was like f this!!! I asked to see security cameras I mean its and entrances they have to have one! But they said they didnt. The paints chipping too around the dent!!!

(Dont have my camera to take pics though) Sorry!! Im just like how do i fight this now!!!

Bob Swope Ford in Elizabethtown, Kentucky shut the hood on my Dads car with a rachet laying on the strut tower. It dented the hood from the inside-out.
They denied any fault. Bastards.

Im just pissed off!!!! Im thinking involving my lawyer but I have no grounds or evidence to start with!! the dealership messed me up because now I cant go to the other dealership to bargin that bullitt!!!!!!!

I got screwed by a dealer; sold me a lemon used car (which is why i will never buy one again). they wouldnt help lemon law didnt qualify but the car was garbage; anyway i was in a small town with only a couple dealerships; and i put a sign on both sides of my car saying that the dealer was dishonest and not to buy from them; then a write up of more detail.

2 weeks of driving it around and leaving it parked at the supermarket across the street from the dealer when i was at work and they refunded my money minus a fair amount for use (about what a rental would cost.

Thats really sucks. I hate dealerships, do everything I can to stay away from them. Hope you get it all worked out somehow.

i went out of town for xmas a few years back and i just got done workin on my dads 95 mustang gt when he went to pick it up after the holiday it got broken into on the lot tires stolen head unit taken all windows smashed in and the dealer didnt do anything till he said he was going to sue for damages

you can get the dealer in trouble because they did not asess body damage when you brought it to them.........that is the first thing they should do is look the car over for body damage, or else the customer can say "ya'll did that".... i work at a dealer, and if body damage is not noted BEFORE you take the car in, you can blame the damage on them........if they say it was like that before, ask them for proof of that statement, ask them if they took note of the body damage b4 anyone touched the car.
