Took about 1.5 hours but had to go buy a wrench I was missing and some tread tightner. Yeah the bushings caused me some extra time also. I looked for at least 15 minutes before I said " duh " use the stock ones...didn't get to drive it until this morning. man what a diffrence. The stock shifter was shorter than any vehicle I have ever owned and this is just "emayzingly" short

yea i meant to send you a private message about that. i dont know why hurst left that out of the instructions. You need to use the stock sleeve on the front bushing and then use the bushings on the linkage. i cant remember, is the sleeve on the front bushing plastic or metal? They take the time to tell you to resuse the bracket, no kidding, but dont mention the bushings. Yea i like it, a lot after the track. Its deffinatley a shifter that likes being banged. Its kinda old school in that way.

As sad as it sounds I do not recall either on the front bushing. Yeah I know it was just last night but not one of my strong points. Either way, I am just proud it hasn't fallen off yet

07stanggt-

Does it come with a white shifter ball or can you get it with a black one?
I might like to buy one from you tomorrow...with a black hurst ball if you have one. Was looking at lethalperformance.com ...I haven't heard from lethalperformance.com yet on that...
