I need help...check engine light

I need some help. I have a check engine light and the code is P0133. I called my dealer and they said come in its under warrenty, but i have a JLT cold air and a tune for 93 oct. Do i restore everything back to stock and then take it in? and will doing that do anything for the code like clear it? Thanks

It is the right side 02 sensor. I called the mechanic at the ford dealer where i bought it, and he said that is what it is. I have the extended warrenty, and it is covered thank the lord. He said that is would be about 425 just to have the done. But I can go a couple of days and it wont hurt anything. My MPG is the same and it runs fine. But i am goin to flash her back to stock and take her in. But that code is for right side 02 sensor.

ok...riddle me this batman.... i put everything back to stock with the tune and the air box. Now the code is gone. I drove it a bit and nothing. Now what do i do. Is the problem still there and would it trip the check engine light after the tune back to stock?

Every once and awhile I get rich or lean codes on both
banks, usually if I've been playing around and shut car off
right after. Sometimes you may interupt PCM during
test sequence, it doesn't test for lean/rich conditions continuosly.
Whenever I get a code, if it seems to be running OK,
I just reset it an wait to see if it comes back.
I'm running BAMA tune, C&L Racer, CDMPs, JBA shortys.

Just to keep you guys updated, i installed the stock tune and have been driving it now for a week waiting to see if it will trip the code again, and nothing has happened. I wanted to keep it on incase it did trip the code and take it back to the dealer to get fixed. But nothing to report on. But i am goin to let it go till the end of the weekend and then back with the 93 tune and then off to the track.
