how low will I go????
I just got the 3.75 pulley on my KB down from the 4" it came with... I have been running consistent 12.2's and am hoping to break into the 11's tonight... this is my only change since last time at the strip so I should know what 2 more lbs of boost will do to my performance...
Any guesses where I will be?. thx again 05-KB-charged

do you have drag tires...?? Cuz i wouldn't invest in any more power until you get all your traction stuff done..IE suspension, tires..etc..

^What he said. Power is useless unless you can get it to the ground properly.

yes, with a properly set up suspension and a REALLY sticky set of tires, you should be able to bust into the 11s..........the launch off the line has ALOT to do with your time in the end.

I didn't do worth a crap.... I develped a missfire in third and fourth which I first noticed a week ago but thought it was some bad gas... filled it up with BP and it seemed to go away. I just don't drive it hard enough to show on the street, at the track it was ovious from my first run... first and second were great but as soon as I hit third it started missing... just felt like the power was not there... I am going to have the spark plugs changed tomorrow

I would try gapping them down to .025" - .027" before you run it again, I am sorry should of told you that when I sent the pulley. It is second nature to me since I have been doing it since I put the supercharger on

how do you gap the plugs... they have that band over the end... are the HT0's diffrent? I wasn't sure the plugs were the cause of my misfireing but thought I needed to change them anyway and with all the talk about breaking them off in the head I thought the sooner the better.... I replaced them with the stock plugs and it fixed the miss.... I am going to order the HT0 plugs and put them in but I still dont see how you can gap them... I still ran 12.5 with it missing in 3rd and 4th

get a gapping tool for the plugs, I think Sutton has them and get a set of feeler gauges and go to work... I could get a set for you and gap them down and send them to you. I have gotten pretty good at gapping them since my plugs last about a month before they need to be changed. The important thing is to remember you can gap them down but if you go to far then you wasted a $10 spark plug.
