You got 3.31's now right? I don't think you'll notice a big diff. going with 3.55's??? 3.73's might be better.

4.10s. If you spend a lot of time on the highway then you might consider 3.73s but if not 4.10s.

I would call frpp and ask them why they recomend the 3.73 for automatics. And/or ask some guys on here with autos that might have had 4.10s I know guys with autos and 4.10s that love them. But some people dont for some reason. FRPP is 1800ford788.

you'll feel 4.10s the most, awesome gear if you don't do too much highway drving.

again its a preference issue. i say 4.10s but thats just me. I know a guy who is stoked to 298 with a procharger, stage II cams he puts 506 to the wheels on pump gas more on race gas with a tune that he has. He loves 4.10s. But yes a lot of guys say they cant hook with 4.10s and a blower.

i went from 3.31s to 3.73s and i do not regret it, but i ALMOST wish i would have went with 4.10s, but keep in mind i have a 5 spd car..........i have seen two or three guys with autos go to a 4.10 and actually slow them down in the 1/4 with a near factory car. IMO it is too much gear for an auto driven on the street, but you wont be dissapointed with either ratios

410s on the highway are fine IMO, unless ur cruising at 75+ mph

in mine 68mph is 2500 rpm - I've been comfortable at that speed for years on the highway and usually cant do much more anyway
