This is my question in short.

If i have a cam on a 3v with a lift of .450 and lsa of 115.5 and a duration @50 of 222in 235ex and i dont need to lock out the VCT, phaser limiters or springs, why would I need phaser limiters on a cam with a .450 lift, lsa of 111 and duration @50 of 226 and 239

Richard, I would suggest that you go ask on MM&FF, and see what they say. You can E-Mail Ken or ED from MM&FF at mmff@sourceinterlink.com Just send them your question, and wait for a response.

I got my answer really. I already knew i was just triple checking. thanks though. You need the limiters, or you need to do it in the tune. Which is what jpc did. So if you want a lopey idle on a NSR cam either A, you get it dyno tuned and trust the hell outta your tuner, or B if you want to just drop the cams in with no tuneing and no worries you get the phaser limiters.

i like my tuner and all, they are cool people, but there is NO way i trust them with the life and death of my car.............i will let them throw "parkin' lot" tunes in it all day, but no custom dyno shit that has a 50/50 chance of screwin' my shit up. nope, aint gonna do it, i'll just get the VCT limiters.
