Roush Front Fascia

Hey, I'm looking to get the Roush front....what i'm curious about is now that I've lowered my Stang, will this bumper even work? Any of you have any problems with it now that your car is lower than stock height? Thanks.

My buddy has a Roush that is dropped 2" and he has cracked the bumper a couple times, but I doubt you are lowered tat much, so as long as you are careful you should be fine.

As long as you remember that your chin spoiler is low and you don't fly over large bumps or steep angles you should be fine. If you don't put the chin spoiler on you will have more ground clearance. My chin spoiler is 4.5" off the ground so that doesn't leave much error room. If I didn't own a Roush that came from the factory that way I wouldn't put one on but thats me.

My care was lowered before i installed the Roush front fascia and chin spoiler.
the chin spoiler is about 3.5" off the ground and like 07_427R said, as long as you are careful over speed bumps and driveways you will be fine.

As for this, more power to you, not everybody can afford to pay the factory to install Roush parts. Roush wouldn't sell them if they didn't want you to install them. Just

Thats not my point. I would leave a stock mustang front end as it is. Hit one raccoon or small tree branch and that Roush front fascia is history. I've seen pics of other Roush owners. My comments have nothing to do with being able to afford one car or another.

I meant no disrespect, Roush has an awsome looking car and yours is a great looking Roush.
Just makes a great car even better, your are correct it would be a shame to
to hit something and ruin it.

I put the agressive spoiler on mine with the stock bumper & i have 18 in wheels & mine was lowered 1.5 in front & i was careful but still it woul scrap in low spots.I'm now buying the roush bumper & the chin spoiler & the body man said i'd get about 1.5 to 2 in more clearance with the roush spoiler because the way it was bolted on the front. It seems the roush spoiler goes out more than down toward the ground,so i'm hoinping i get more clearnce than i did with the agressive spoiler because its impossible to miss all bumps and low spots.

Steeda Sport Springs, Roush front fascia and chin spoiler, dirt road, daily driver, etc etc and I don't see a problem with it.

Steeda sports here with Roush front fascia...no problems...just don't get too close to curbs when you park.

You will do it ONCE.

Then you will repaint or replace the chin spoiler which will make you LEARN and it won't happen again. You also won't let anyone else drive the car because they too will wreck your chin spoiler since they have not yet LEARNED.

Ive had the roush front and lip on for about a year now, im lowered and have had no problems. I do keep in mind that i might scrap...but i have only scraped once so far...and thats because i have the show and go plate and the bracket dragged. Other than that no problems at all!
