Thinkin about a Saleen... Anyone have a sound clip?

So I officially sold my subaru last week and Im starting to research and pay off a few bills while i shop around for the new car. Ill decide around August, but I am either going to get a 05-07 Saleen S281 or I might just go for a 04ish GT.

Either way, I wanted to see if anyone had a sound clip of a STOCK Saleen Mustang from 05-07. Looking to see basically what I would have to start off with. If ya find one lemme know! I can't seem to find one.

I say whatever you do, go with an S197. It is a much better platform to build off of, than the 99-04s. Another thing is, the Saleens are nice, but are over priced IMO. You could use the money you saved to make a GT faster than your Subie.

And here is an exhaust clip.

That is stock. This is with LT headers and an offroad h-pipe.

X pipe sounds much better IMO.

awesome, yea Im suprised I didnt see these myself... lookin in the wrong place I guess. I have found a couple pretty decent deals on the new S281's. Would run me about 19-22k. I probably won't do much work to it at first. I want to try and keep it stockish for a while. Got the mod bug temporarily out of my system with the subi.

But from how easy it seems to be to get power out of these... a good $3 or $4k would get it faster then the subi was...

...in a strait line that is ^_^

The X is a higher flow I just like the rumble that the H pipe has. Before I got my headers the Corsas had an awesome sound to them, I really miss that but I also love the power I got from the headers, plust the SC

I was about to ask where I seen that track in that video before, and then I remembered. It's one of the race tracks in the Xbox 360 Video Game called Forza 2.
