Idle RPM after C&L racer and Flowmaster install

Just got the flowmasters on the car, already had the C&L race with the race tune from diablo and running 93oct. The car sounds like it idles a little to high and is not stable.
Anything I can or should do about this

Idle RPM: 785-810
02S11 : 11-84
0sS21: 15-86

yes, the idle varies in the range 785-810 and is noticeable, but does not bother me, just want to make sure I get the most out of the modds so far.

I dont think the axle backs make any difference. I dont know, try to reload the tune, but you changed parameters didnt you? I have gotten tunes and had the car do that when i first loaded them the idle jump up and down. I reloaded the tune and it didnt do it. but i never had it just start doing that.

looking at the gauge it's hard to notice the variance but since the axle backs are on i can defiantly hear it so I hocked up the Diablo to get an accurate readout.

I will reload the tune tomorrow morning.
Thanks for the help.

yea i would say try that. If it doesnt work call C&L. first mail order tune i got did that when i loaded it, the idle would jump up for a second and then back down. you could see it on the tach as well though. I drove the car a little bit and it still did it. i put it back to my frpp tune, it was normal so i loaded the 93 tune again and it didnt do it.

I think it was different then what your saying though becuase it would idle at like 850 for few seconds and then go back done to 760. But again its weird that yours just started doing it. battery wasnt dead at anypoint or unhooked was it? intake is all hooked up and you got 93 octane in it?

I had the car in for service, maybe they unhooked the battery. Yes, just filled up with 93 for the 3rd time since the C&L install. It could have been there the whole time but just didn't hear it with the stock mufflers.

My 2005 GT does this also with the flowmasters, C&L and diablo tune, haven't been able to figure it out either.
did notice if i turn off the A/C it gets a little better, also if i push in the clutch it gets a little better????
let me know if you figure it out,
Thanks

Yep, same thing here with the clutch and A/C.

Reloaded the tune this morning, need to go for a drive to get everything calibrated again bit on idle is seem to be better, the variance is less but still there.
Will update in a few hours if things improve.

call C&L you got full tune support with that. I cannot understand what the flows would have to do with it but keep me posted. I will call them myself on tuesday. You could try the 91 tune as well and see if that does it.

The install guide ask me to adjust MAF to -4, not sure if that has anything to do with it but thy say that it runs too fat if I don't adjust it.

KBLDOC, is this what you have done also?

I think, im not sure on this, but i think that all diablo's come with a tune for the racer intake. But this package that you got is something new, the diablo itself has a different part number the the normal predator and it has different tunes. I know for sure that is has some tunes that the normal predator does not. I know that changing that spark can cuase what your saying. I played with that when i had my xcal and bresnpeed tune.

Car runs fine otherwise so not too worried, just don't want to make sure I get the most out of the car. I will call on Tuesday to see what they have to say about it, sounds like I am not the only one with the problem, however it also seem like it is still unresolved for KBLDOC unless he didn't try ti get it resolved??

Mine did too, but it asked me to go in and modify the tune and the download it. Had a very bright orange piece of paper telling me this is what I had to to get it to work right, go figure. Maybe I should try to reinstall the tune again and not making the MAF adjustment?
