No that is not what I meant . I was just wondering if you have to take out all of them , when 3 sounds easier. I do not know I am only gathering info.

technically you dont have to take any out. You can get two guys and muscle the cams on and bolt them down. He just found it easier to take them all off. You can do it either one of those three ways.

07 is right...you dont have to take any out....but i looked at it for a long time and came to the decision that i didint want to risk having a follower slip out of place....i had the tool there....why not do it right...If you muscle the cam on and one pops out on you...then what? but he is right you can do it one of three ways...whichever blows your hair back...im just sharing how I did it thats all

Ok That is what I needed to know. I am just not exactly sure about how you used the tool. Does the tool slide under the very bottom of the spring ?

i thought not takein the followers out was the lazy way. the guy who did mine said you could damage the cam by muscling it in.
