Im looking at getting the FRP handling plus panhead, relocaton brackets, upper and lowers installed. I neather have the time or the tools to do it myself. What is a fair amount a shop should charge?

Other spelling/punctuation issues corrected above.

I had lowering springs, relocation brackets (welded in place), camber bolts, strut mounts, panhard rod, upper control arm, and lower control arms installed for $300. I wouldn't think it would be much more for the sway bars and dampers. One note, though - you might want to consider an adjustable panhard rod (instead of the non-adjustable one in your list) to recenter your rear if it shifts when you drop in the new springs.

+1 on adjustable panhard bar. i would absolutely go with it. also don't forget to figure in the cost of an alignment. i have always told everyone they should visit firestone for this for various reasons. 3 main ones. they are everywhere across the US, they are professional, and they have a lifetime alignment for a little more than the cost of 2 regular alignments. the lifetime will run you around $130 +/- and you'll never have to pay another dime for checks or to get it put back into spec. if it is out. if you decide to change something later down the road in your suspension it doesn't matter. it will still be free.

you can do it to all the cars you own, but you'll pay for each car individually of course. i highly recommend doing it unless you don't plan on keeping your car for more than one set of tires. i like to get mine checked at least twice a year and if i get tires replaced. that or if i do any changes to the suspension it will need to be put back into specs. i've paid for mine many many times over in just the year i drove mine before coming back to the desert

I got the FRPP springs and all the hotpart goodies with the exception of the adjustable panhard bar from BMR. I'm happy with their parts. I guess the install should be anywhere from $300 to $500 depending on who does it
