FRPP cams sound clip FINALLY.

I was at 275 292 before the cams...i am going to dyno my car next friday and I will have an exact number for you guys...I'm curious to see as well...but ill tell ya....you can feel it BIG TIME!

here are my gains from the cams in the write up. they are stage IIs

Here check out comps site on the stage I and stage IIs. You looking at about 30 with no tune and 40 possibly with tuneing on stage IIs About 25hp and 20 rwtq with the stage Is.

The Cams that are in the video for this thread, are FRPP NSR Hot Rod Cams. The ones that 07procharger has, and did the write-up for, are Comp NSR Stage II Cams.

Comp's:

COMP Cams: 4.6L & 5.4L 3 Valve Cams & Kits

FRPP's:

4.6 3V "Hot Rod Cams" - Sutton High Performance

If you want the Comps, then talk to 07stanggt, because he can get you the best deal. As for FRPP's, I think Sutton is one of the cheapest, unless 07stanggt can get them now.

not yet man. Ill post it up when i get them. Who knows how long it will be. to my knoweldge sutton is still the only place that had them right and arent they out? I dont know cuase sutton never answers their phone.

Go with the comps anyway. The idle on them is nice and the perfromance will smoke those frpp cams.

I'll probably get my Cams in Feb or March, so by then you will probably be carrying them.

There is a dealer in NC who is selling them for $725. Looks like the FRRP cams have more duration than the Comp Stage 2's - like to the dynos from the new ones (FRRP's).

Yea im aware of the duration. they are a bigger cam, they have more lift as well. They dont make as much power. 25 with tuneing, i have seen it. without tuneing, your car will be slower then stock.
