Frpp 3.73...
On americanmuscle.com they have the frpp 3.73 gears for 189.99 but than there is an option for the bearing kit and installation kit. Is either one necessary or is it just like an upgrade to get the bearing kit. I dont want to buy just the gears and have them installed come to find out i need the install kit with them.

if your under 50k just get new pinion nut, crush sleeve, and pinion bearing... you dont need carrier bearings or wheel bearing/seals. in other words, just get what the one guy said from AM or summit or whoever you please... just for info, summit will match or beat any published in stock price and shipping is very fast to anywhere in the US
just my coins.... and make sure to go with FORD friction modifier. |

you don't "need" those kits, but if you want it all installed properly with little or no future issues...then those kits will make your job alot easier.
