Custom Tunes, Who to Choose?

Guys how do you decide were to get your custom Tunes from? I know thier are Bama,Brenspeed, VMP and Tillman im sure there are others. The thing is you hear really good things about all of them but also a few negetive things. What did you base your decisions on?

BBR has a lot of great custom tunes as well. Some of which they worked hand and hand with SCT to design.

I will be going with Brenspeed simply because if I have a problem with my tune I want somebody to talk to about it. Not sit around for a couple of days waiting for Doug to respond to my email.

Doug has been extremely responsive with me. Brenspeed told me they couldn't help me once I had my cam in. Doug was eager to help me get my car running well.

I vote BAMA!

go with brenspeed! stay away from doug at bamachips, his customer service is horrible.

he does bend over backwards for us....he even takes my calls after hours....but he has a hard time keeping up with his emails.

Doug's tunes are the best out there for canned tunes.

sorry you got shafted Juco...but I wouldint call him a joke...he does know his shit and the dynos prove that his tunes are spot on.

PS I had to send him back my tuner cause when it arrived after 3 weeks...it didint work in my car...so i was pissed as well....but he made it right in the end

You could always check out tricktuners as well. He is a vendor on here so you know where to hunt his ass down. People that use him see to be happy.

I went with Bama, from all the input I've read Doug seems to know what he's doing. If I have to wait a little longer for his tunes, so be it. But I'm in Germany (not much longer) so my wait is longer than most.
