yea it does........ driveshaft, k member brace up front that eliminates the sway bar, cai and a tune with slicks and skinnies. that Got rid of about 100plbs.

It might not say this part but he launched bounceing it off the rev limiter, pulled both wheels off the ground, power shifted every gear and ran 12.51 on a heat soaked engine that had been makeing runs all day.

Maybe I'm missing something, but can you really do the swaybar delete on ramps?

apparently you can. Funny thing about that article is it says they changed the drive shaft in 23 minutes at the track. He showed me that when i picked my car up, i shoulda said why did you just charge me 2 hours changing mine.

oh well money well spent i love me car, its working out so well. Thanks Ford you did something right anyway Stang ftmfw.

I was talking with the tech at my dealership and I suggested changing the front sway bar. He said do it and watch what a difference it makes. I am researching which is the best one to get. So far I like BMR. and CHE performance.I pull the front seat out of mine and people look at me all weird,I could care less. I got my Power house 1 piece aluminum drive shaft today, watch what all this lightening of the car will do. Less rotational mass make the car get down the track quicker, poor mans mods.

I just don't understand how you could do that, because you need the tires off to unhook the upper sway bar support, right? Or am I seriously just stupid?

Yeah, I would have asked him for at least an hour off

I pulled the wheels and removed the swaybar, then drove it up on ramps and swapped out the radiator support bracket. It would be a major pain in the a$$ to try and get to the bolts with the wheels on. I also cut two pieces of heater hose about 1" long each and fit them over the new radiator support to ty-wrap the power steering tubing so it wouldn't just hang there unsupported. Hope this helps.

Thanks Roush!

GT33 - If you aren't a corner carver, you won't really notice much of a difference.

That is a great article. I keep in my favorite stash under the bed. Alot of real good information from MM&FF. Got the newest issue in the mail today and it has a great tech article on S197 comp cams and cam phaser limiter kit.
