Suspension
Looking at getting some suspension mods. i want something to help eliminate wheel hop, guessing i need some lca or something to help this. what are some good parts to go with.

Steeda has a "stop-the-hop" package for $299.95: Steeda Stop The Hop Pak - '05-'08 Ford Mustang. I installed it on my car, and it took care of the problem - no hop.

One note with respect to my previous post is that the UCA in the Steeda stop-the-hop package is intended only for lowered cars. I had the Steeda package installed at the same time as the BMR lowering package. They work really well together and definitely enhance the overall visual stance, cornering performance, and "launchability" of the car.

I would get BMR LCAs an adjustable panhard bar and relocation brackets.

for eliminating wheel hop all you need is a set of non adjustable Lower control arms and a upper control arm.
