Cooling

I know there's lots of people pushing some power whether it be s/c, turbo, nitrous, or even N/A.

Has anyone done any cooling mods such as swapping out the radiator

Mine seems to run within the correct cooling range even in this OK summer heat. No issues here.

but nitrous actually reduces engine temp
That's why we added a nitrous system. Like everyone else in these parts, we're losing half a second because of high temps and we're thinking the rich oxygenation (36% compared to 21% atmospheric) will help some with the 80-90% daytime humidity.

From a transmission temp position, we added a second cooler and that seems to be working very well. Transbrake raised temps by 50 degrees per second use and heat will kill a tranny.

my temps are pretty much the same now as before SC
i was thinking of getting radiator expansion tank or bigger IC reservoir, but i'm not that worried, i'm not pushing that much boost 10 psi, and is mostly a street car. i live in hawaii and it does get hot and humid, but the engine temps are the same as when NA. i do have water wetter in the IC, and i will put some in the radiator when its time to change the fluid.
