Good luck with the new undertaking
I don't think I can discriminate against other colored mustangs. But I will be having a grand opening sale. Probably be having superchargers for a great price if anyone is interested.

james....5 words for you..

customer service.....without this no one will buy parts from you. if you have good or bad customer service everyone will know. we usually have no problem giving praises nor do we have problems bashing a place for horrid service.

on time delivery.....we all know that everyonce in a while a part will be late due to one thing or another, but if this is the case you should make every effort possible to let your customer know in advance that a part may take longer. that or if something happens during the process take the time to email or call them and tell them it will be late rather than getting a call or email from someone that is pissed wondering why his part that was supposed to be here 2 days ago still isn't. providing tracking numbers from ups or fedex is a great way to go.

All that you just said is part of my Company's philosophy. I have dealt with my fair share of performance parts companies in order to mod my own mustang. I have had some real bad experiences and some good ones. But my goal is to fill in where the larger companies can't.

My goal is to spend time here and get to know you guys. I already know quite a few, being a member here for about a year and a half or so. Anyway I am always open to talk to anyone that has any concerns about parts, shipping, prices or whatever their needs. Heck I will spend my whole Saturday on the phone with one of you guys just listening to your future plans for your Stang. This is what I love to do, help people, modify Mustangs and talk about modifying Mustangs.

I definitely fully understand the concept of customer service and I will keep in contact with any of you who order from me in order to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.

I wish I could do Kenne Bell but I haven't gotten a dealer account with them yet. They will not allow anyone to wholesale their parts. So I must go straight to them for the superchargers. I am working towards that though.

A Military discount is also a future project I have. I would like to support all the troops that are fighting for us.
