So easy and what a difference
I changed my oil yesterday and put in a Mobil 1 performance oil filter and Mobil 1 full synthetic oil. I usually have the stealership change my oil and they put just the basic oil in. But I really can feel a difference between the two oils. The car just seems to run better and it seems smother. I noticed it had a little more pep too. If you want to make your baby happy change her regularly.....oil that is.

I used castol full synthetic. I love the differnce and don't feel as bad if I run it over 3,000 miles on a change. Give it a few more changes and you will really get the differnce.

Yea for sure. I will keep doing it myself. Its so easy, takes about 30 minutes if you take your time and you dont have to worry about Ford Tech messing up your car.

I just bought some Royal Purple and Ford Racing oil filters for both of mine instead of just the 98. No more 30 mile trips(1 way) to the dealer for me

On the first oil change mine had Mobile 1 in it. It's been the same ever since then.

I change mine every 3000 miles. Never going over. You can definatley feel a difference with full synthetic. I use Mobile 1 oil w/ K&N oil filter

Alot of people recommend Mobil 1 over the royal purple. Price doesnt mean anything.

Nah, I'll never use anything other than royal purple in mine. I've tried everything else and this seems like the best as far as I'm concerned

royal purple actually tested lower than amsoil and mobil one. Overpriced oil FTL! I run castrol syntec in mine. I change it about every 7,000 miles.

are you running it hard? 7,000 seems like too long to go without changing oil especially if your in it all the time like most enthusiasts
I won't go over 3-4000 on my full synthetic...and it has been running strong since.

I run my car hard some times. Synthetic oil can be run longer than regular oil. You're wasting your money if you are changing it before 5,000 miles. I buy the 7,000 mile filter and my oil is still clean when i change it.

The age old debate....revisited!
Suffice to say... Mobil 1 for price, and convenience. Amsoil otherwise.
