Tpms/drag Strip

okay so last night i traded my dads 17 inch rims off his 07 mustang with my 18 polished stockers, i did it becuz he wanted my rims, so i figured id rather do burnouts with tires with 30K on them rather tires with 5K on them..also 17s have more sidewall..so on the way to the track today, my TPMS alerts come up, i just hit reset, it keeps coming on, doesnt really bother me, is there anyway to turn these off without goin to the dealer?..also today at the track is was HOT my best run was a 14.0@100..my personal best in the car was 13.8s@ 102..wheel hop was a bitch, LCAs are soon too come..also a SLP line lock, or some kind of roll control..

You cannot turn off the TPMS, it's encrypted to fit in with the federal mandate..

You would need to have your dads wheels programmed to your car when you use them, then program your back when you swap em back on.. The tool that marries the TPMS sensors is available from ford, so you can do it all on your own.. That or cheat the system as described in a previous thread which a search will bring up.
