Can my SCT 2 with 3 canned tunes be transferred to another car?

I am having my car dyno tuned and will no longer be using the SCT tuner or my Brenspeed tunes. Can I just unload the Brenspeed tune from my car and then sell the tuner? I bought it with the C&L racer intake which I am keeping, is the tune specific to that intake?

Nope. Your tuner is married to your car only

If you reload the stock tune into your car it will unlock it and you will be able to sell it.

You must reload the stock tune for it to be unlocked though.

OK, but is USAFIMJ correct also that the tunes can only work on my car? I don't want to sell this to someone under the impression that they can use the tunes if they can't.

i think hes saying that when you sell it and someone doesnt have the same mods then they cant use it unless they have the same mods you did because the ratios will be off

The custom tunes on it are for only your car. That is why they ask for the code on the PCM. They can use the tuner on their car, but not the tunes for yours. They will need new tunes.
