Gear whine is a pretty well discussed issue involving a bad installation. Gears take some care and knowledge in installing. Take it back to whoever installed them and tell them to fix it?
EDIT: Also, how do you like the 4.10s on your auto?

Yeah I actually got them replaced and still has whine! Another shop told me this company not frpp but the other one forgot which one it was, is notorious for that. Other than that, they are good to GO!

they probably told you that Motives whine, which is bullshit. any gear will whine if it's not installed properly. i have FRPP's made by Motive and they don't whine at all...

gear whine is 100% the installers fault
it has NOTHING to do with the company (unless maybe you buy from some guy that made them in his garage or buy used of couse)
