Exhaust Rattle

Ok once I installed my pypes Violators they began to rattle at first when I let off the throttle or down shifted etc. then more. I went to my dealership to get the suspension installed and asked them to check the rattle. They tightened up all the fittings and everything was fine for a while now the rattle is back. Should I take the car in and have my exhaust welded? My only worry about this is if I needed to take off the exhaust then I would have to cut it. I am happy with the sound right now and am not thinking of cahnging it soon but may in the future. I could get it all welded but the axle backs incase I decide to change them later but anyway what do you all think? What would you do?

I'd check ALL the fittings myself before bringing it in to the dealer again. They might not have checked everything due to time constraints.

Metal loosens up with heat and cool cycles and that will loosen bolts that aren't completely secure. A second, thorough tightening to spec should help.
I know every time I overhaul the bottom bracket or crankarms on my bicycle I have to retighten the assembly after a ride or two because the stresses loosened it up.
