not positive but sounds like the engine is going in limp mode.get it scanned somewhere and see what the code is.

"engine fail safe mode" is the PCM detecting a problem and telling the engine to go into fail safe mode so it will not do more damage.
It could be many different things from bad gas to a lose connector plug.
If you have a hand held tuner like the X-cal just plug it into the port and check for DTC's, once you find out the codes you will be able to trace down the problem. If you can list the trouble codes here somebody should be able to help you find out what they are.
If you don't have a tuner you will need to take it to a place that can run a diagnostic test to find out what the codes are.
Sometimes they can simply be reset, other times it requires changing something.

most auto parts stores will rent you a scanner to use.
Then whatever you find, hopefully it's covered under warranty.

P-1000 Monitor checks not complete-more driving required???????
P-2106 Throttle actuator control system-forced limited power
P-2135 Throttle/pedal position sens/switch A/B voltage correlation

The first one makes no sense, how can you drive more if you are in limp mode?
1) Did you recently have your battery disconected? If so there is a section in the owners manual about having to let the computer re-learn after having the battery disconected.
2) Did you change your throttle body? If so you need to have the spring set just right or you will have problems, you need to turn it close to one full turn counter clock wise until it seats in the correct position.
3) Did you change pedals? there was a post on here a week or two ago about codes and somebody linked an article about the new drive by wire system. There are like three or four sensors or switches just on the gas pedal.
If you have not messed with the gas pedal, then it sounds like it might be a faulty switch or sensor. That should be covered under your warenty.

Other than that I don't have any other thoughts on what could be wrong.

Damn I just went through those same freaking codes.

2106
2135

Have you had it custom tuned?
Mine was fixed with a new tune.

There's a TSB on that as well if you are still stock, the dealer may fix it for free.

I think it's all coming from that ZEX kit maybe the way we installed ( wires ) to the throttle body
Any way am going to disconnect the zex today and tray it.

But it seems the ( jets – hp ) they have mentioned in their manual not right coz when we tray ( dayno ) the 75 shot we gain about 30whp on the wheel and the 100 shot we gain about 55whp
I don’t know if this happen with any one ????
