Steeda Intercooler vs. Afco Intercooler
I'm looking to upgrade the intercooler on the Kenne Bell system and was wondering what everyone thought of each. They are both relatively the same price but it seems like the Steeda would be easier to install on my Saleen. Also, is the Steeda single or dual pass?

I just looked on steeda's website (I like steeda, they have acces to fords engineers somehow... thats how frpp ended up with their little intake....)
cant really tell, but the size depicts AT LEAST two passes... nice looking unit. |

I would suggest the AFCO unit. Steeda typically just re-brands Fluidyne or AFCO units, I have not seen a Steeda unit first hand. But AFCO has been manufacturing Heat Exchangers for quite some time now, and being I sell all brands I can tell you they are some of the best. Let me know if you need a price on either.

Yeah Steeda on cooling products typically re-brands products. They might however make this one as its a 555 Part Number, and all parts from Steeda that start with a 555 are usually made from them.
The price on the AFCO is $349. The price on the Steeda is $429. Derek |
