New, suggestions and advice?

I just got a five-speed 06 GT about a week ago. The previous owner had an AEM cold air put on it and FlowMaster axlebacks. I'm still in school and I don't have some huge budget but I wanna make this thing as fast as possible. What are soom good investments like should I just save up for a poweradder or do small things? Any advice would be great.

The first two thing I would do are a tuner and 4.10 gears.

You might want to hook him up with some gt suggestions since he is asking about performance. That v6 write up wont be much help.

ya V6 stuff probably wouldn't do too much good haha. thanks all for responses. one thing i wanna try to be able to do is remain emissions legal cause so far emissions has been a bit of a pain here in stafford. i know most of the stuff like gears and the tune shouldnt effect that but stuff like the superchargers and headers. is there any out there that wont effect the emissions status of the car?
