car wont start

tryed to update my tune and tuner told me pcm was updated. What the hell can i do know? I'm guessing the dealer changed my code or updated something. need help!

try disconnecting the battery and see if that helps. Not sure.

I live about 40 minutes away from the dealership i went to. sucks big time. They are on the way right now to come pick it up. They said they updated some modual for the new gears. Said they have never had a problem before, but obviously they messed something up.

Yeah, they fucked with the PCM calibration so now the tuner thinks that it isn't your car.

they are taking care of me and paying for everything, i've got a buddy who is a service manager. That's how i got the 350 dollar hook up on the gears. when the car ran, the gears were awesome! Absolutly no whining at all. I've heard all 4.10's whine... guess not.

mine didnt whine until about a month after the install. So hopefully you get lucky.

i disagree I gaurantee you I did not have a shitty install. Moving parts sometimes whine just the nature of the beast. Some are worse than others. Mine is barely even noticible. in fact most people that ride in my car say they cant here it. But I can. because i know how it was before.

got the car fixed. all the dealer did was return the car to stock(tune) and then reload my tune again. fixed everything. I can't retune my car for the gears though. whenever i try and change the tune for 4:10's, it tells me it can't read changed file. Is my tune locked and thats why it can't be changed? Gears are amazing though!!! felt like an extra 50hp! second gear feels orgasmic
