WHEN YOU STOP TYPING IN CAPS, IT USUALLY HELPS YOUR THROTTLE RESPONSE. MY CAR ALSO HAS BAD THROTTLE RESPONSE BUT IM SURE IT WILL GET BETTER WHEN I ALSO STOP TYPING IN ALL CAPS.

A tune will take car of the sloppy Throttle response! It is a problem with the new Drive-by wire system ford is using.

Let us know if we can help ya out in any way.

YES! The torque management will be turned off and the car will have great throttle response! It is all in the tune, you don't need a CAI to get rid of it.

Depends what vettes your talking about,i owned a c3-c4 and c5,my 89 vettes was stock and a bracket car,14.2 @ 99mph,i raced the crap out of my c5,from stock to modded,13.3 stock,to 12.6 modded some, allon street tires and no track prep, the 05+GT stock is only a little slower than a stock c5 non z06(97-04),a c5 z06 runs mid to low 12's stock on street tires, some c5s are a hair slower if there auto's,the autos had 3:15 gears, but can still run a low 13 if the driver is decent. If your talking about beating a c6,keep in mind that the stock 400hp c6 ran a .1 quiker in the quarter than the 500hp cobra..testing by a mustang magazine,we won't even discuss the mid to low 11 second 505 hp c6 zo6...on street tires.

If you do alot of night time street racing,a good mod to go with your gears and other mods,is some drag radials..that will help alot..thats all i'm going to say, because the vette haters will try to pick these numbers apart, and i'm posting from experience, not "hear-say"..

CAI will not increase your throttle response greatly nor will the TB with just a stock car...a tune will
and a s/c will too

My dad purchased the granatellie throttle body. Bitch to install in a little way... but it actually was worth it. Our top end recieved a little more kick for sure. But at first nothing was happening and the car was running weird. So we disconected the battery let it sit for about 10 minutes. Re-connected and she ran strong for sure.

Not sure if this applies but I had my mustang in because the check engine light came on... my problem was nothing but the dealer said that they had a bad bunch of fuel pumps and that they replaced more than 10 of them at their dealership alone.
