sick! you gotta hand it to ford and ford racing, they know how to make a car sound good.

Did you ever get that car dynoed? How are those cams working with that supercharger? that question comes up a lot. the thumprs wont work with a blower, to much overlap. But guys want that idle with a blower.

I just wish that I could afford some cams. Well, I change that to I wish I could afford the labor cost to get them put in.

yeah I got the car dynoed. The car lost about 15fttq and gained about 20rwhp. So these cams are not really for a blower either. But if you want that good rough idle then these will work for you.

tribaltek.. the idle is set about 950rpms right now. My car didn't like anything lower than that.

can you feel the difference, both the loss of torque and the top end gain? Does it feel faster?

I knew when you put those in you where going to lose torque... and your car was prolly trying to die and ended up heaving with the strain of the supercharger, therefore requiring a high idle to keep everything spinning steadily... where did you lose 15tq?
around 2500?

yeah I knew I was probably going to lose alittle TQ down low but I really wanted the lopey idle. The idle is the only thing that is keeping from being 100% happy with these cams. Hopefully soon I can change that. The 4.10s are awesome with the s/c. The only bad thing is first and second go by quick. But 3rd and 4th and even 5th pull like a freight train! I think I can feel a little loss in tq down low but it is not that noticable, and I can't even feel the hp gain up to either. Pretty much the idle and I think my exhaust got a little louder as well.
