Bassani X-pipe

Well I got the x-pipe installed yesterday and man let me tell you. It's LOUD and sounds very nice! But as soon as i took it on the high way it felt it has less acceleration. Before when i would "drop the hammer" it really took off but now it just slowly accellerates. I thought it was suppose to have more power? anyone know what the deal is?

did you reflash? any time you change back pressure or air flow you need to retune

get some headers and tune it!!!

if they are o/r you need to retune for the air fuel mix.

I'm afraid to tune it because of the warranty. I know you can put the factory tune back in but can't they tell anyway if it has been changed?

I havn't had this problem before. plus it wasn't from a long cruise.
its a manual too if that makes any differance.

if you have added x pipe and mufflers you are going to have to tune it
