new shifter?

To keep things simple, I have an automatic and use the shifter quite a bit when I drive around but would like something more simplistic than the oem. Are there any "simple" shifters out there that would be compatible with an auto?

I've seen that streetfighter ratchet one and well, not a big fan.

streetfighter ratchet is the only one i've ever seen. Shoulda bought a manual if you wanted a fancy shifter.

don't even need/want a fancy one. just a generic one versus the t-shifter.

i know hurst has one for the challenger but not sure for the stang

TCI and B&M we're suppose to release their automatic shifters, but are STILL on hold due to some design changes that Ford keeps changing the electronic solenoid every year on the automatic transmissions and both aftermarket companies can't keep up with ford changing this device.

but here is a guy who took a B&M shifter not meant for the 05 mustang, and fabbed it up to work on his 05+ stang. maybe you can follow what he did.
