haven't seen that link. but i got mine for $80 shipped. most ones sell for about 130+ shipping. I can see doing it yourself it's just a regulator..

By the time you bought the 555 timers, tail light plugs, wire,terminals, heat shrink, etc. You could have just bought these and saved alot of running around and such. ($79.95)

Yeah I ordered those same ones and didnt see that disclaimer. They are really fast. But still sequential.
