I know some of you dont go out of this section much, so I'm going to throw this up here also. After all it is on a 05+ (sorry mods) Just thought I would share

As some of you know, I had a little fender bender

yep, i like it. so they didn't replace your hood. just fixed it i guess.

Is it painted flat black? I looks really nice. I heard that its hard to get flat black paint to look good. It takes a lot more prep work.

It's matte black, clear coat just knocked down a little ,I guess...IDK

Thats why I put (phase 1) you will have to stay tuned to the "Dare 2 be different "title

I wasnt 2 sure about the whole hood. I knew I would get the comments like did ya screw up your hood and have to replace it...But thats ok.....

I was going for the muscle look of the 60's. I just wanted something that hasn't been over done, not that those looks are bad, just looking for something different

Can't wait to see the finished product, right now it looks a little incomplete. What do you have in mind for the rest of it? I see they also painted the side skirts black. I bet it would look good with black/ polished lip wheels!

I vote for black chin spoiler, black rear window louver, California special side scoops painted G/O with a black (Mach 1?) stripe starting In the center of that side scoop going to the front fender.

i have my stock gt spoiler its black but not flat black like your hood..its hangin out in my closet wrapped up in a blankett..let me kno if u want it
