Angry Parking brake frozen!!!

So it dipped into the teens overnight in Detroit... and I don't have my winter beater yet and need to drive my stang to work. But my fuking parking break is frozen and wont release!!! Luckily I have the option to work from home with my job or else I'd be fuked.

Any ideas on how to get 'er unstuck? I released it completely. Just let it thaw out? Well, assuming it warms up?

Fuck winter... seriously.

I don't have a hair dryer, nor do I think that would help at the moment. I also have no idea where it is stuck.

Supposedly its going to be 35 tomorrow and 41 on Sunday. I guess I won't use my parking brake again this winter? I needed my fucking car this weekend to find another fucking car for winter.

This blows.

i had the same problem with my car last winter. the brakes were completely locked up. it sucked. thankfully i had a garage to put my car in. this was about 10pm, and by next morning it was just fine.

No problem. I imagine it would be pretty simple and you could do it yourself. Get in touch with this guy and he will get you a part number and price.
