What did you use to grease your LCA's/Adj. Panhard Bar???
BMR says to use silicone based grease in either the LCA's or Adjustable Panhard Bar. I was going to buy some on my way home from work. Do I HAVE to use silicone based or will lithium work just as well?? Thanks for any help.

I just googled it and silicone is made with and/or from lithium... so it should work just fine
