there are alot of different brands and types of S/C but in my opinion the best is Whipple. Kenne Bell and pro charger are really good ones to..
i guess it all depends on what type you want. I think the Whipple and Kenne bell are pretty simular in design they are both twin screws and the dont give you any lag like the pro charger, They pro charger is a centrifugal supercharger its almost like a belt driven turbo. There all good, i would go with Whipple but thats just me

heres some links that might help

yes he is correct, the twin screw S/C are the best on the market, instant POWER! I have the whipple kit on my 05 GT and I love it! going on one month and the thing is a beast! check out the post I made about the install with pics!

Kenne Bell is also a great S/C and so is the saleen S/C. All have great pros but not many cons.

the only con to the Saleen S/C is you would have to swap out the motor mounts to drop the engine about 1 inch to have clearance with the saleen kit on the stock hood, thats the only con to the Saleen kit.

the Kenne Bell kit requires cutting the innerside of the frame/body for the air intake assembly as its like a forced induction, the intake comes literally almost to the end of the front bumper. the drawback to this thing might be not to drive the car in heavy rain or the possibility of sucking water into the intake has a great chance.

whipple, so far, there have be no CONS that I can report, the car responds phenominal, the power is there, the tune you get from For Racing is right on the money! its is a true complete kit that comes with Ford Racing parts: Ford Racing Zero Degree Spark Plugs, Shelby GT500 twin fuel pump, a well managed tune developed by Ford, Ford Racing and Whipple to keep in the mind the handling power of the stock motor (in other words, they tuned it to make sure you engine and internals last a long time!) Intercooler S&B cold air intake and much more!

the whipple kit i have is the intercooled version and that set me back 6k in change, vs the non intercooled kit which will go for 5400, and a little more if you want the polished version on either kits.

and what warranty speculation are you inquiring on? warranty on the blower from Whipple or powertrain warranty from ford?

I have the saleen S/C on my 06...they are all pricey, and I am the only one I know of in the area with an aftermarket S/C on an 05 +, so I dont have a wide input here. I can say that the saleen s/c is nice. Cost around 7500 to install, but I was able to get ford to roll it up with a 100000 mile warranty. Something you might wanna look into. Its always pricey to get ford to do your work....but you never know what you can get out of it.
