Part # on Roush Rear Springs?
I'm looking for the Roush rear springs that are only a 3/4" - 1" drop. I've searched through quite a few posts and on Google and I'm finding a couple different styles. One has a tapered shape and the other are a uniform width the entire length of the spring.
Anyone know the exact part number for the ones that people are running to level the rear with the stock ride height in the front?

There are quite a few over on StangNet, but I just couldn't ever find the part number. It does a nice job as long as you're not using them on a vert. BTW Nasty...are any of those guys using adjustable panhards or LCA relocation brackets or are they fine for a straight swap?

Roush Performance 401295 - Roush Performance Mustang Rear Coil Springs
I have these same Roush rear springs. I'm running a 305/35/18 out back so the tire is a little short compared to most... ![]()

Thanks again for your help guys. I bought a set of these springs NIB off of ebay for $120 shipped. I also went ahead and bought a BMR adjustable panhard. I took a look at the rear while I was washing the car last night and noticed that it is already 1/4" off...looks like I needed the bar even before replacing the springs. The total for both was only $255.

Thanks...I really only saved about $27 or $28 off of Summit's price though. ![]() I hope they look as good on mine as they do on Stage II's.

wow that does look nice. I never realised how much rake the car had, the front don't look too bad. I still think I'd like it a tad wee bit lower though.

Roush stage 2, your front springs are the same as would have come on a stock GT? Or are they different since it is a Roush? Basically what I mean is is I bought these rear springs, would me and you have the same springs all around? What do you have as far as shocks/struts? I see that in your garage it says Strange adjustable rear shocks (I assume this is drag shocks), but did you ever run these springs with stock shocks, and are your front struts stock? How is the ride compared to stock? Sorry for all the questions, I just decided to add these to my list of options as far as lowering my car.

Urban, my car isn't a Stage II Roush, it's actually a Roush Sport which is basically just the body kit and a few other options that the original owner opted for when it was originally purchased. It is however a true Roush, serial # 05-0066...one of the first Roush's made for the 2005+ body style. I have the same suspension as a GT except I swapped the rear shocks for the Strange adjustables, Roush rear springs and the swaybar delete... The Strange rear shocks are not made for our year model mustangs, but rather modified to fit and they work exceptionally well.
Strange Engineering S6004LM These are the same shocks Don W on S197 uses. Hope this helps to clarify things a bit.
