Here you go MF ill tell you this.

I know of a n/a 3 vavle

the 5.0 4 cammer block
stock stroke
stock heads
127300 cams
13.1 compressoin

420 at the wheels.

Do the math on that.

Bring the compression down to a streetable 11.1 running pump gas add some ported heads and bigger cams and tweak some other things on the set up. Tell me you arent looking at 450 to 460. And thats on 302 ci, not even a 322 stroker. Stock stroke, high revver hey.

Thats the most power n/a 3v i know of.
Wow that's A LOT of power with stock heads. Those 127300 cams aren't even 500 max lift on the intake OR exhaust side, so yep a pretty mild cam. I agree 450 to 460 would be doable if you added high flow heads and bigger cams. You gained 38rwhp from bigger heads/cams, so I'm sure that car would gain even more.

Congrats on getting your motor running strong again. Broken valve spring, pretty minor. I would bet that if you had a vacuum guage hooked up to the motor, the needle would be bouncing like crazy with a broken valve spring. Also, good machine shops have a device that can measure the pressure of your valve springs to see if they are still good.
