Racing seat belts

Does anyone use racing seat belts, if so, are you using a racing seat or the stock seat

look. racing seat belts can be real bad for you if not put in right. the belt MUST be at a 45degree angle if its to be safe. if not, when your in a wreck, it will cause major compression of the spine, and in some cases has paralyzed drivers. as long as its at a 45 or more degree. you;ll be fine. you dont need racing seats to have them, just anchor them to the back of the seat rails. also, if you ever notice, racing seats have harness slots at 45 degree angle... word.
