Stolen Mustang clocked at 153mph

On March 8, 2007 at approximately 7:30 a.m. the 17-year old juvenile male suspect from Star, Idaho, was driving a stolen 2006 Ford Mustang GT when he attempted to use a stolen credit card to purchase gas at an Arlington-area gas station. The suspect left eastbound from the gas station on Interstate 84. After the attempt to use the stolen credit card was reported, Morrow County Undersheriff Steve Myren set up about 18 miles east of Arlington near milepost 155.

Undersheriff Myren spotted the Ford Mustang eastbound at a high rate of speed and obtained a radar reading of 153 mph. Undersheriff Myren pulled out to stop the Ford Mustang but it continued eastbound in an attempt to elude. Morrow County Sheriff's Office notified OSP and area law enforcement agencies. As the car continued eastbound, Boardman Police Department joined Morrow County in trying to keep the car in sight.

Seeing how this dude is in some deep do do, he probably won't be posting on the "Top Speed On Your GT" thread. Pretty impressive numbers though.

How offensive. They should immediately take that car and send it directly to me so it can be properly cared for.
