Moon Roof

So i have a moon roof on my 06 GT mustang....
YA I KNOW!

its only the GT ive seen with one and ive only seen 1 v6 with it (05+)

has anyone else seen anyhting like this? I feel so special...

maybe it's just me, but a sunroof just seems wrong on a real muscle car. might just me my opinion, but oh well.

yeh but it could be nice. Its a good sub for a convertable! the mustang is the hottest convertable out there but a sunroof brings u closer leaving the MUSTANG look intact. If it was an option i would have got it!..

+ U think Navi is not suposed to be in a stang?

I tend to agree with you, it's not my cup of tea. I think they are more at home on a sports car than a muscle car. That being said, maybe if I could actually see the pic I would have a different opinion.

Wow, 1 request for pics just wont do it huh? ok well without further delay, here are the pics....

I was in the market for a 06 GT during ford's 0% apr sale... but i wanted something special.... i was looking at a CE but i wanted red leather interior (i understand they are a bit more rare) when i got a call from ford west in bellflower, ca i rushed over there... the CE they had was nice but i saw this mustang with many options... including one i didnt even know was an option... a moon roof. it also came with interior upgrade, shaker 1000 and a couple other cool lil gadgets.... and it was less than the CE so i purchased this stang instead...

the only other time ive ever seen a mustang with a moon roof was in 05 when i bought my first mustang... i saw it in east l.a. but it was an automatic and a v6 so i didnt buy it....

oh and yes, i saw a shelby 350 @ southbay ford with a navigation out the dealer.... its an option i wish i could have purchased

I didnt take it... I saw it on corral.net. another mustang forum, so unless ur on that forum... i dont think it was you... there was 3 more :
1.) Theres no replacement for displacement.
2.) A light car is not an excuse for a weak engine.
3.) A bottle of pepsi has more liters than your car.

ur juss jealous cause u dont have a moon roof

Thats a dealer installed moonroof..... Not an option from Ford.

You can tell by the way it looks.... When I worked at Toyota we put them in camrys all the time. The black molding on the side gives it a way.

I see, i wonder why they put it on? maybe someone ordered it and backed out of the deal? it did have 86 miles on it...

Dealers do that stuff all the time.... They have one by me that says BOSS on it.... Has a shaker like the mach 1.

Ford doesnt make a BOSS at the moment so its more cosmetic than anything else.... You should have seen the price they wanted for it too.... OUTRAGEOUS... All it was was a Grabber ORange with a Shaker and BOSS stickers on it. Could have made one yourself for a grand but they wanted 40+ thousand for the car..... I laughed.

yeah now that i see the car again i'm going to say with even more emphasis......NO...... i like the sunroof even less now. of course that is only my opinion
