Your engine is mounted to the frame with a system that usually utilizes a rubber block that floats between two brackets that are bolted together, which reduces vibrations transferred to the car, so it's possible to break your engine mounts if they are worn or receive a sudden shock, such as from the wheels spinning violently on dirt and then biting on to sticky pavement. Remember there is a crank shaft spinning inside the engine, cohn, so when you give the engine power, as the crankshaft rotates one way, the block naturally wants to rotate the other way. When you have a car with a lot of power, or that is older, shit can break. Just remember your car has some fairly serious power for a young dude, and it's not a toy, so just take your time getting to know the feel of your car and how to handle it. If you don't pay attention and get ornery with it before you're used to it, it might bite you in the ass.
