Bama..tastic!!

Hey all...just ordered my predetor through Bama chips! Cant wait..he also conviced me NOT to install my BBK 62mm throttle body so I traded it in for udp's. He said there is little to no gain putting a t/b on. Anyone else have take on this?

if you run a quick search on throttle body here, you'll find that they are quite often a non gainer, as well as a problem causer. Few have gotten them to work well, many have had issues. Not only in this forum, but others as well.

Bottom line, you were given good information.

I love my BBK. It came perfectly adjusted and installed in less than an hour.

yea as they said, the new T/B's are garbage on N/A motors, only way your gaining power from a T/B (if you get it working right) is if you go S/C.

plus doug is right about everything, he sells parts but he will not try to sell everyone parts when he personally knows (when dyno testing) if they work or do not give any powe what so ever as the part claims from the manufacturer
