I have one and I think they are great...put it this way: the bumpers and side scoops alone are almost worth the paint and labor and material costs of a similar body kit upgrade. Plus I love the look. The bumpers are the same as the Shelby GT (actually the rear is the same for the Shelby GT500 too) and sit low and agressive in the front compared to the GT. Plus with the leather inserts and unique badge/striping they are definately very rare cars and do stand out. I thought it was a great buy.

As far as styling goes, I prefer the cervini's side scoops over the GT/CS side scoops any day of the week! The cervini's is open and doesn't have that honeycomb in the opening that SCREAMS "non-functionall". Same for the hood scoop, it just didn't create the appearance I was looking for so I went with an interceptor. I DO like the rear fascia on the GT/CS, but I'd rather have a Roush front fascia. The GT/CS is for someone that likes modded mustangs, but doesn't mind letting someone else tell him what it's going to look like.....(my opinion and I know I'll prolly get beat with a stick for it by a GT/CS owner)...get a GT and create a unique look that is your own that some rich snob can't just pop into the dealership and drive off looking like you....

I have one and love it. It is not about letting Ford mod my car rather than myself but owning a new verson of a classic. I have also changed some things on it to make it look more retro than it already is. I thought that it was a great buy and just for the two tone power seats it was worth the extra cost. But to each their own. As long as you are happy with what you own, than that is the point.

I definitely take my hat off to "owning a new version of a classic". =)
