101 octane


? for all u gearheads out in moddedmustang land. What would the benefit be, if any, of running 101 octane w/ a 93 race tune??

With higher octane fuel you can add timing which results in more performance, but if you arnt tuned for 101 dont run it!

aorund $5 here but reall there is no need for it unless tuned for it like all these guys have said. just a waste of money. i usually run a 97 octane on my 95 race tune just to be safe. i run torco though not the actusall race gas, but i have before and it sure does smell great

whatever to Sunoco's ultra 94? i used to run that in my wrx and it ran great, now they rip you off and give you ultra 93,,, like 93 octane is i big deal when you can get it from the farm store,,LOL.

Right now it is $5.19 for 101 octane, but its only $5.89 for 111 octane.

they have 101 by me...not at many places but it is only a little more then super....im in nothren nj
