A few questions about camshafts!

I'm planning on a complete cam-heads-valvetrain combo to be done within the next year but am unsure of exactly where and what to look for with cams. I understand to avoid certain high lift applications that are geared towards forced induction etc etc. Does anyone know what our stock lobe duration and int/ext lift specs are? And how high is good for a beefed up N/A set up? I don't want to cripple my low end power yet, of course, want some nice mid and high end gains. Any questions, comments, concerns?

Check out Brenspeeds Stage 2 Cams. He also has tech info on #'s and stuff with and w/o the cams.

I'm not sure what the stock specs are on our cams.
Here are the cams I have been looking at for mine next spring. I'm thinking of the stage III cams for mine. The stage III is probably the outer edge of what the average guy would consider streetable.

Comp Cams

Here are some great choices on a set of heads:

CNC Heads

BBR Heads
