These cars a pretty solid. Car and Driver was impressed by the build quality, I am too!

Come on get a 5-speed Manual

We have not seen any problems really, I have a turbo on my 07 GT and am having to work out some little things but overall this is a great/fun car. Also make sure you get a 3.55 rear end ratio gear, it will give you more acceleration and gas mileage is basically the same!

If you do get one, buy a tuner and intake for it. That will give you a 30-40hp gain for around $600!

Only problem so far is the electronic throttle control went up on mine while driving down the highway. At least it went up while under warranty, I was towed and repaired by the dealership and on the road in three hours. Being a Chevy guy I am pretty happy with the car even after this mishap!

My car has been great, I took it for the Fuel Gauge TSB, and to get the rear passenger exit latches ( I don't know how there called) And Recently, my rear defroster went south, but I think that was due to the Window tints I had isntalled... had to rip em out due to getting a damn ticket.

I'm happy with the car, and I hate american cars due to there unreliability.

No problems on my 07 sixer....well built car, fun to drive...but not much in the realm of luxuries in the interior, if that matters to you...

Been there, done that, got pissed off, had to detail the car.
I have to agree on that one, not a smart place.

I had a rattle in the dash on the passenger side (fixed) and as for the cup holders...I launched at a light and before I got to second the 3/4 cup of coffee had launched into the back seat. No worries, it had the seal sip top on. I have an old rubber tube cut to fit into the holder and the cup goes into it, I am pissed nobody at Ford warned me that the cup would jump.

Rear seat exit broke on mine too. Got it replaced when the oil was being changed. No probs other than that. Love the car, but I am a little biased I guess. I've drove a Mustang since I was 16. 66 then 98 now 06.
