It hasnt mine but my dealer is pretty cool about that stuff, but they are the larest dealer for FRPP. An aftermarket shifter and they may not want to warranty your tranny. For the most part they should be ok about everything. Just call and talk to your service manager first and discuss it with him.

http://jlttruecoldair.com/zencart/in...products_id=86

it doesnt seem like it comes with tunes. There was also this combo at bamachips, looks like the same combo

http://www.bamachips.com/store/index...a0652e2b572e7f

yea bamachips comes with 3 free tunes and you get to pick what kind of tunes you want (performance, torque, and race tunes) also what octane you want those tunes in...BAMACHIPS FTW!

yea you can retune anytime you want, it takes about 2 minutes...idont think its that important to tell them what kinda future mods because people always change their minds and no you dont have to send back your tuner, if you get a new mod put on your car you can write or call doug at bamachips and he will send you your new tunes through an email

As far as exhaust goes I have a Bassani axle back (new mufflers) and catted x pipe (x shaped mid pipe with catalytic converters). check these two videos to compare the stock to Bassani.

Stock

Bassani

Yes you do get three tunes from JLT but they a generic SCT tunes(87,89,93/91 octane). You can oder the same combo that you saw on JLT site from Doug at Bamachips, that way you get his tunes. Doug is awesome with the S197's. As far as the difference between the stock h and the o/r(offroad) h pipe, the o/r is a little straighter and has no cats. So you need a tuner, to turn off the rear o2 sensors.

for an off road midpipe you don't need a tuner. You can buy MIL eliminators for about $60, but the tuner is the best way to go becuase you will need one eventually.

Get gears. Are you 5 speed manual or auto? Either way 4:10's. Don't fear the gear. And nothing says you can't be blown with 4:10's cause it does work.

whats the big difference between x-pipes and h-pipes? how do you pass emissions without cats on the o/r's?
maximus i am 5spd manual. does a blower not work as well with a larger rear end?

H pipe will give you that deeper agressive sound, with a x pipe its a lil raspier but better HP gains...you cant pass emissions with an offroad X or H pipe... with all that power from the blower with the great acceleration from the gears you will keep spinning your tires and would be hard to take off from the line but some guys do it and you can fix that with some sticky tires

I'd get experience with the 300hp before trying to kill yourself with more. Work more on suspension mods to make the car handle better so you can put that power down safely.
