I apreciate all you guys support, it definitally helps ease the blow... Trust me I definitally pissed and having to return my car to stock for something this their fault is outragous, I agree. But first off I dont want them out "playing" with a SC GT vert once they get it fix. Second I tak the extra cash for taking everyhting off and putting it back on. IF anyone has any questions about a procharger install I should be able to do one with my eyes closed after this... Thanks agian everyone...

GOD people are stupid. It's an oil change how the fuck does someone forget to put the oil in? Take off work to get it back to stock if you can???

The motor to me is damn near the car. If they destroyed your motor what are the possibilities they can just order you a new one due to horrible neglect on their part?

Could they take the car for the rebuild and resell as a used car and just give you a new 08 fully loaded for your pain and suffering?

I thought I would track the kid down and drain the oil out of his car ( using a drain pan, so he couldnt prove anything... ), but figured he probably drives a 92 taurus. Which I believe are actually worth more with a locked up motor. Oh well. I will milk this for whats its worth since I cant do anything about it now. This is rather bothersom though, one thing that would really make me feel alot better would be a burn out video from Emay . I might have one here after this weekend from the loaner

This is no warranty deal this is neglagence, your aftermarket parts have nothing to do with the neglegent action. I would not allow the dealership to touch the car without additonal garantees; and someone you trust to do the work. I think just a call from your attorny should be enough to set them back on their heels.

look at these classic mustangs going for thousands more just because they have matching numbers.. tell your attorney you will settle for absolutely nothing less than a brand new mustang and you will not accept a new motor.. if he's a good attorney he will get you what you want for sure.

Also don't piss them off by yelling or asking for things they may be freaked about, they are covering their losses. You will get much further with them if you are diplomatic but do not settle for less than you should have coming. I would say a new engine and the money to have your mods replaced on such engine is not unreasonable, plus the loner. If I did not get those three things I would call my attorny at which time they would pay for him and court costs also, they don't want to go there I promise. Keep us informed.
