how much time will each of these gears help in the 1/4 mile realistically??

4.10's maybe a 10th of a second... maybe a hair more

What would 3.73's do for performance?

well the question is are you going to get a blower of some sort? Because if you are go with 3.73's if not 4.10's. Also get a tune for them and it should help out a bit more

Will the 4.10's dramatically change your on the freeway experience?

im the type that cruises @ 90.... can i still do that?

yes you can still do that.


you only lose 1-2 mph if you freeway drive often... and you make that back in while in town anyway

yes you will still be able to cruise at 90, i do.

I actually get pretty good gas mileage on the highway still with my 410's (22-25mpg)

4:10's will add roughly 400 rpm in 5th gear.

I constantly cruise around in 4th at 80, so it's not a big deal.
